1. The Municipal Government of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan through its Supplemental Budget No. 1 s. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Elevator at Municipal Hall, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan with Project Identification Number IB-2026-034-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
