Tenders are invited for Provision of Eductor Truck Services.

East Gippsland Water (EGW) services an area of 21, 000 square kilometres in the Far East of Victoria as part of our program of works and maintenance, tenders are invited for the following:

Provision of Eductor Truck Services | Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement | Contract EGW007/1920

EGW is seeking to establish a Pre-Qualified Panel Supplier Arrangement (PQSA) with Tenderers for the supply of Eductor Truck Services.

The purpose of this PQSA is to form a panel of suppliers with the ability to readily supply the nominated goods without calling individual quotations for each occasion of supply. This panel will be formed and operated within the guidelines of EGW`s Procurement Policy.

Tenderers can request an individual clarification session (Individual Clarification Session) by contacting the Procurement Specialist as nominated in the tender documents.

During an Individual Clarification Session, Invitees may only ask EGW representatives clarification questions about the Invitation documents. All clarification sessions will be held at East Gippsland Water 133 Macleod Street Bairnsdale, unless otherwise arranged and will be documented.

All tenders must be received in full before 4pm on Friday 18th October, 2019. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
