Tender Details

As part of the implementation of Electronic Document Management (EDM), the Hautes-Alpes Department wishes to digitize the individual files of its agents. This project is part of a global dematerialization approach aimed at digitizing all of the agents' individual files and to computerize the signing circuits for HR documents. It thus helps to optimize the processing and monitoring of requests while minimizing the circulation and management of paper files. There This consultation consists of digitizing all active individual paper files in stock to feed the Efalia company's GED Multigest software. This consultation excludes from its scope the digitization of the incoming flow. The digitization of these documents will be produced by an internal unit within the Department. Only the stock, the history, will be digitized by the contract holder. The execution time is set at 15 weeks from the Service Order
