PROVISION OF DIGITAL AND ELECTRONIC-DIGITAL SERVICES OF MANAGING THE PHYSICAL ARCHIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADITIONAL SETTLEMENTS AND BUILDING CONSERVATORS OF THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR/SECTOR OF MACEDONIA AND THRACE PROVISION OF DIGITIZATION AND ELECTRONIC-DIGITAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF THE PHYSICAL ARCHIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRADITIONAL SETTLEMENTS AND KEEPERS OF BUILDINGS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR/SECTOR OF MACEDONIA AND THRACE The object of the contract is the digitization and electronic archiving of the physical archive of the Department of Traditional Settlements and Preservable Buildings (PO&DK) for about 7, 500 cases. The services provided include the conversion of the analog file into a digital format, by scanning documents, drawings and high-resolution photos, while the transfer of the already digitized data that are hosted in the existing database of the Department of Health and Human Services. To manage the digitized documents and related data, a digital repository will be created that will allow collection, storage, management and analysis information, incorporating digitized files such as approvals, decisions, studies, plans and photographs. The basic core of the existing structure will be maintained, thus ensuring better organization and management of the material and matching with the analog hardware.
