PM BROKER 26-03 - 1 Provision of a digital road network of Belgium with a 50 km border zone, which enables geolocation and navigation, and various APIs. This contract is awarded in the form of a central purchasing office (AC), in accordance with Article 2, 6° of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. In this context, the National Geographic Institute (NGI) acts as the contracting authority that organizes the AC. The contractor undertakes to maintain the NGI and the to allow members of the AC to benefit from the terms and conditions set out in the documents of this contract and those in its quotation as approved by the contracting authority (price, delivery conditions, etc.). The members who can place orders within these AC are: 1) Federal government institutions (such as ION, FOD, POD, etc.) including ASTRID nv and (local) intervention services such as police, fire brigade and medical intervention services. The NGI as a federal geobroker will take this into account available budgets, charge the invoices relating to these data license orders to its budget.
