Lot 1. Supply of a digital library management system and related services. Lot 2: Digitization services of the Senate's bibliographic heritage. Provision of a digital library management system and digitization services for the Senate. This lot contemplates the supply of a system integrated, among other requirements, by an OAI-PMH repository and an access portal to digital content that can be added by Hispana and Europeana, as well as the corresponding installation and configuration of the same, a first load of the already digitized works and the training and delivery of documentation about their operation for the library and administrative staff of the Library Department and the staff technician of the Information and Communications Technologies Directorate of the Senate. This lot includes both the digitization of the volumes belonging to the bibliographic-heritage collection of the Senate Library that are defined in the annex III of the technical specifications (“Summary of bibliographic materials to be digitized and processed (lot 2) and request for the list with the complete breakdown”), to be carried out at the Senate offices, with the bidder having to provide all the means technical and human resources necessary for this purpose, such as the provision of the corresponding associated preservation and loading metadata and the ingestion of the resulting files into the library management system...
