Tender Details

1. Provision of design services and services covered by the option law related to the performance of author's supervision for the investment task titled: (OLiOC) Construction of municipal warehouse infrastructure. The subject of the basic order includes: Development of documentation design for the construction of urban storage infrastructure along with land development and obtaining a construction permit in accordance with the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). It is assumed that a warehouse facility will be designed with internal dimensions of 60 m x 70 m, height of 8 m (depending on the structure of the racks and their maximum storage space) along with the development of the adjacent area, including the maneuvering area and parking lights. The detailed scope of the subject of the order and the expected activities and the list of studies are specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ). The scope of the order covered by the option right: Providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works in the scope of the developed design documentation (incl. case when the Ordering Party obliges the designer in writing to exercise author's supervision).
