1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the provision of deep cleaning services including the removal of bird and animal excrement from various UNFICYP-s locations on "as and when required" basis.2. The resulting contract shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with the UNFICYP-s sole option to extend the term of the contract for a maximum of two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year each (3+1+1 years).3. The requirement includes (but not limited to), the provision of all labor, equipment and materials for the purpose of deep cleaning of generator sites, boiler rooms and the removal of bird and animal waste from various UNFICYP-s locations.4. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise.
