Description : Provision of Decorated Float with Labor and Inclusion of Traditional Performers and Kulintang Ensemble lot 1



"Terms of Reference:

The service provider shall undertake the following:



1. Conceptualization and Design

i. Develop a culturally appropriate design concept for a

float mounted on an Elf truck, depicting the respective

heritage, cultural identity, and traditions of the

Province of Maguindanao del Norte; and

ii. Submit design or digital renderings for approval of the

End-User prior to fabrication.



2. Provision of Elf Truck

i. Provide one (1) Elf truck to serve as the base vehicle

for the float;

ii. Typical Dimensions, Length: 468cm, Width: 169cm

Height: 199cm (minimum)

iii. Shall be fully responsible for all fuel expenses incurred

during pre-event preparations and the conduct of the

actual event.



3. Fabrication and Decoration

i. Fabricate, install, and decorate the float structure

securely on the Elf truck;

ii. Design and provide a decorated float that authentically
