Provision of data from hydrobiological monitoring of surface waters and sampling of biota for analysis of priority substances for 2026-2027 in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Environmental Protection In the national surface water monitoring program, approved by Order No. RD-93/29.01.2026 of the Minister of the Environment and Waters, it is envisaged that the Executive Agency for the Environment will perform by awarding an external contractor under the Law on Public Procurement 1) fish monitoring for the "rivers" category and all biological quality elements for the lake category and 2) biota matrix sampling (fish and shellfish) from the monitoring points for priority biota substances. The activities envisaged for the execution of the public procurement are as follows: 1. Yes perform monitoring of biological elements for quality; 2. To make an assessment of the condition based on the results of the monitoring under item 1.; 3. To provide samples of matrix biota (fish and shellfish) for analysis of priority substances from the monitoring points of surface waters.
