Description : The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the supply of Ruby on Rails (RoR) web application maintenance and development services for Corporate Risk Register (CRR) web application of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) unit. CRR web application is used across each UNHCR operation and HQ entity to record and maintain risk related information.
