The subject of the contract is a service involving the acting of the contract engineer in connection with the implementation of investment tasks including the construction and reconstruction of roads - transport corridors No. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12. The subject of the contract is in particular the provision of servicesconsisting in technical and substantive supervision throughout the entire period of implementation of investment tasks and the warranty period for defects and quality guarantees (subject to the provisions of the agreements governing the period of its implementation), including comprehensive consultancy, investment tasks management, organization, organization, Supervision and coordination of the entire investment process related to the implementation of investment tasks. As part of the subject of the contract, the following tasks were separated due to their subject and spatial scope (assignment to a given transport corridor), described in detailin OPZ:
