Provision of consulting services under the Spatial Planning Act and surveys for the needs of Ruse Municipality in lots:
Lot 1: Consulting services for preparation of an assessment of conformity of investment projects.
Lot No 2: Implementation of activities by Construction supervision and investor control.
169 para. 1, items (1 - 5) and para. 3 of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a technical passport;
Lot No 4: Preparation of an Energy Survey efficiency and prescribing the necessary ESM in accordance with the regulatory requirements for energy efficiency under the EEA and the regulations for its implementation
The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement in which all conditions have not been determined for the award of contracts for Public contracts for the implementation of consulting services under Art. 166, para. 1 of the Law on Spatial Planning and in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Act for the needs of Ruse Municipality.
