"Provision of consulting services under Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Territorial Planning Act during the implementation of the site "CONSTRUCTION OF A CLINIC FOR LARGE ANIMALS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN UPI II-40, SQUARE 85, PORDIM MUNICIPALITY, PLEVEN DISTRICT" For object "CONSTRUCTION OF A CLINIC FOR LARGE ANIMALS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY IN UPI II-40, SQUARE 85, PORDIM MUNICIPALITY, PLEVEN REGION" a complex project for investment initiative (CPII) has been developed in the sense of Article 150, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Territorial Planning. The complex investment initiative project contains the following independent components parts: 1. Amendment of the Detailed Development Plan - Regulation and Development Plan (PUP-PRZ) for regulated land property (RPI) II-40 "For educational and social activities" in district 85, according to the plan of the town of Pordim, commune. Pordim, region Weed; 2. Investment project in "technical" phase for a clinic for large animals and educational activity in UPI II-40 "For educational and social activity" in district 85, according to the plan of the town of Pordim, commune. Pordim, region Pleven. Pursuant to Article 150, Paragraph 3 of the Civil Code, the parts of the complex project for an investment initiative are are approved simultaneously with the issuance of a building permit and are communicated in accordance with Art. 149, para. 1 of the interested parties under Art. 131 of the ZUT.
