The International Rescue Committee (IRC) helps people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover and rebuild their lives.
The IRC intends to sign a Service agreement with consultancy firm/provider to provide consultation services in 4 different areas (Finance/Procurement /HR/ Business development) for IRC-s Partners inside Turkey-Gaziantep and IRC-s Partners Inside Northwest Syria and this announcement is to solicit offers from the service providers that are officially registered and can work in those areas.
