Description : 1) The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the General
Appropriation Act for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION,
FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 28, 534, 000.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Provision
for Consultancy Services for the Development of the Centralized BSWM
Decision-Support System: Interactive Map Portal and Knowledge Products Digital
Library (e-Library). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The BSWM now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consulting
Services two components of the centralized Decision-Support Hub: (1) the
Interactive BSWM Map Portal and (2) the BSWM Knowledge Products Digital Library
(BSWM e-Library). Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly
received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or May 12, 2026,
