Description : Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) seeks expression of interest (EOI) from reputed engineering construction and maintenance service companies to provide the following: 1. Construction, installation, refurbishment and demolition services for both hardwall and prefabricated facilities, in whole or in part, in accordance with industry best practice; 2. Engineering operation & maintenance works related to: a. electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and metalwork; b. building upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plastering, partitioning, etc.; c. air conditioning and refrigerated container units maintenance. These services will be required throughout BINUH all sites Port au Prince. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be emailed to all vendors responding to this EOI, in consideration of the conditions listed below. No further details will be made available prior to the issuance and dispatch of the RFP. Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below.
