Provision of consecutive interpretation and translation for strategic project FLAMESHIELD. 1. The public contract covers the provision of consecutive oral and written translation from Bulgarian to Turkish and vice versa, and from Bulgarian to English and back to events within the FLAMESHIELD strategic project "Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in case of disasters in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey", financed under the INTERREG VI-A Bulgaria-Turkey Program 2021-2027. 2. Order quantity or volume: 2.1. Provision of consecutive interpretation from Bulgarian to Turkish and vice versa and from Bulgarian to English and vice versa, for a total of 125 astronomical hours, as follows: 2.1.1. Three day event - 12 in total (twelve) hours: - first day: official opening of the project for a total of 3 (three) hours - first meeting of the joint management team in two days - first day 6 (six) hours in total and second day 3 (three) hours in total; 2.1.2. Joint standard development meetings operative procedures - 3 (three) pieces, a total of 33 (thirty-three) hours: For each meeting, two interpreters - 11 (eleven) hours: - first day - 5 (five) hours; - second and third day - 3 (three) hours each; 2.1.3.
