1. The subject of the order is the provision of laundry services for the Remand Center in Krakow, and in particular: a) the provision of comprehensive laundry services in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements for disinfection and washing processes depending on the product range, contamination of underwear, including in accordance with the technology and conditions applicable in medical entities, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on occupational health and safety in laundries and dyeing houses of April 27, 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 40, item 469), Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of September 26, 1997 on general occupational health and safety rules (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 169, item 1650) b) the use of preparations with valid certificates, marked CE, EC Declaration of Conformity and entry in Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biomicrobial Products or another document confirming the marketing authorization of this agent in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU, if applicable, for products intended for disinfection of underwear and approved for marketing in accordance with the Act of October 9, 2015 on biomicrobial products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2231). detergents and disinfectants as...
