Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to provide a CNF digital safe for the needs of SICTIAM and the Beneficiaries of its purchasing center. The description of the services and their technical specifications is indicated in the Specifications. Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The execution times for the services are those to which the holder committed in his offer, and those possibly indicated in the purchase orders and subsequent contracts. Otherwise, the maximum deadlines indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) apply. The purchasing technique is a mixed single-award framework agreement: - It is mainly executed by issuing purchase orders on the basis of the holder's BPU prices for the services not requiring a quote request. - It can also be executed by concluding subsequent contracts on the basis of BPU prices for specific services which require a request for a quote from the holder. The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, renewals included, is 215, 000 euros excluding taxes. The market is not broken down into lots. SICTIAM cannot allocate this contract geographically or technically unless it makes technically difficult and financially more costly to perform the services.
