Tender Details

Provision of Clerical Services for the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department

Description:-To provide the services of temporary clerks on ad-hoc basis to the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department for 24 months. The contract is expected to commence in 1 September 2024.

Contractors Invited to Tender:-Open tendering is adopted. All interested service providers are free to submit their tenders.



Remarks:-This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept any tender irrespective of whether the tender is the lowest bid or where the assessment of tenders is based on a marking scheme or formula approach, the tender with the highest overall score.
