Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services - 2023/2024
The caption, “Provision of Cleaning Services - 2023/2024” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid and the envelope should be sealed. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 24.03.2023 and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
All bids should be valid till 08.06.2023.
Bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Thousand (Rs. 120, 000/-) obtained from a commercial bank recognized by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the bid security should be valid until 06.07.2023. Bid security may also be paid in cash to the university and the receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid.
Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 20.03.2023 at the Senate Building of the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka and the bidders may attend that pre-bid meeting at their own expense.
Bid documents pertaining to this will be issued by the General Administration Division of this university from 02.03.2023 up to 2.00 p.m. on 23.03.2023. A non refundable fee of Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred (Rs. 1, 500/-) should be paid to the Cashier of this university and the receipt obtained along with the letter of request for documents should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar (General Administration) to obtain bid documents. Bid documents may be inspected in the website (www.busl.ac.lk) of this university.
