Provision Of Cleaning And Janitorial Services
Description :
Adelaide Plains Council invites submissions from Tenderers for the provision of Cleaning and Janitorial Services, predominently within the Two Wells and Mallala area.
The services have been split into following two parts and tenderers are invited to submit on either or both:
Part A - Indoor (Offices, Library, Chamber)
Part B - Outdoor (Public Toilets, BBQ's)
The request for tender comprises of sections A, B, C, D & E, please read all sections carefully.
Respondents are required to provide their completed Response Schedules (Section F), the Pricing Scehdule (Attachment A) and any other relevant documentation with their submission.
Council intends to enter into a Services Agreement with successful tenderer(s) for an initial 2 year term, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
