Partial agreement 1 Partial agreement 2 In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for damage services for Copenhagen Municipality's properties. The agreement mainly covers clean-up, cleaning and remediation after fire, water and storm damage. Especially in case of fire, the supplier must be able to provide parallel efforts with Hovedstadens Beredskab (HBR). The agreement includes claims service around the clock, every day of the week, all year round. The tasks can both arise urgently or be planned. In addition, claims service includes valuable salvage and storage. Clean-up, cleaning and remediation in connection with the discovery of death and general social cleaning are also covered by the agreement (exclusively in the Copenhagen Municipality's properties). The tender is divided into two sub-agreements. Sub-agreement 1 relates to claims service and parallel efforts i case of fire in Copenhagen Municipality's buildings and properties. The supplier can only be requisitioned for a task by Hovedstadens Beredskab (HBR). The supplier must be able to provide qualified personnel, including auxiliary smoke divers who can cooperate with HBR on damage prevention, damage minimization and value recovery of property(s) and movable property. In the event of an active fire, HBR has the main responsibility for the scene of the accident, and the Supplier must follow the instructions from HBR. When HBR has left the scene of the accident, responsibility for the scene of the accident is transferred to the Supplier, who must carry out damage service in general.
