It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the Provision of Cisco Hardware, Software Maintenance and Support Services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Brief Scope of Work The ICC is seeking competitive tenders from qualified vendors to offer Cisco® SMARTnet™ maintenance service. At the same time the ICC would like to have as a preferred partner during the agreement of the contract period for the following provision of hardware, software, licenses and services: All future procurement of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that may be deployed during the defined contract period. The duration of the maintenance cover shall be for the standard period/s issued by the manufacturer and as directed by ICC in the purchase order; Renewals of Cisco® SMARTnet™ cover for hardware, software patches and application support that would have been procured during the contract term; Renewals of existing Cisco® SMARTnet™ contracts that ICC has entered into with other suppliers and that expire within different intervals throughout their contact term.
