1. The subject of the order is real estate and premises managed by the Ordering Party. The services specified in tasks no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 will be provided ad hoc based on telephone, e-mail or written notifications made by Ordering Party. The contractor must start providing the service within 24 hours of the notification made by the ordering party. Task No. 1 consists in: issuing opinions on the possibility of connecting central heating furnaces, stoves, kitchen units and other devices to the pipes chimneys. The guilty opinion includes, among others: an inventory of chimney connections in the assessed riser with the designation of free chimney flues suitable for connecting devices (or an indication of other solutions) and a situational sketch of the assessed rooms with the location of chimney flues and a detailed description.
