Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of Central Printing System services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, including the provision of the system and multifunctional devices, their installation and servicing for a period of 36 months, in accordance with the draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including the OPZ (Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement) and the Contractor's offer. 2. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the following devices and software: 1)MFP1 - multifunctional color device with support for printing in A3 format finisher - 2 pcs., 2)MFP2 - color multifunction device with A3 format printing support - 2 pcs., 3)MFP3 - multifunctional color device with support for printing up to A3 - 31 pcs., 4)MFP4 - multifunctional color device with support for format printing A4 - 35 pcs., 5)MFP5 - multifunctional color device with support for printing in A4 format (without paper trays) - 27 pcs., 6)DRK1 - A4 color printers - 30 pieces, 7) software managing the Follow-up Print System, 8) physical print servers dedicated to supporting the Follow-up Print System, and 9) conduct training for users and administrators of the Follow-up Print System. 3. The subject of the order specified in point 2 will be implemented obligatorily, as an order basic. 4.
