Provision of catering services
The subject of the public order is the provision of a complete operational chain of hospital catering at the Trauma Hospital in Brno, including the preparation, transport, dispensing and distribution of food for patients and employees, including the provision of related activities and logistics services. Fulfillment must be ensured continuously throughout the duration of the contractual relationship, i.e. every calendar day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other non-working days. The subject of performance also includes the provision of an online ordering system, personnel and material provision while meeting legislative requirements for safety and hygiene of operations. The supplier is responsible for all processes related to the provision of catering services, including personnel, technical and organizational security. The performance of the public contract will be carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, applicable standards and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment.
