Provision of catering services The subject of the public contract is the provision of a complete operational chain of hospital catering at the Trauma Hospital in Brno, including the preparation, transport, dispensing and distribution of food for patients and employees, including the provision related activities and logistics services. Fulfillment must be ensured continuously throughout the duration of the contractual relationship, i.e. every calendar day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other non-working days. The subject of performance also includes collateral online ordering system, personnel and material provision while meeting legislative requirements for safety and hygiene of operation. The supplier is responsible for all processes related to the provision of catering services, including personnel, technical and organizational security. The performance of the public contract will be carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, valid standards and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment. In the event that it becomes valid during the performance of the public contract and the effectiveness of an amendment to one of the regulations in question, or another legal regulation relating to the subject of the performance of a public contract becomes valid and effective, the supplier is obliged to follow these new legal regulations and instructions when implementing the public contract (procedures).
