1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office V through the General Appropriations Act for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1, 010, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Provision of Catering Services (Procurement Project ID No. DARRO V- 2616 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Provision of IN-HOUSE CATERING SERVICES (Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner and venue) for DAR Regional Office V, Regional Government Center, Rawis, Legazpi City from JULY 1, 2026, to DECEMBER 31, 2026
