Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services for the needs of organizational units of the Senate Chancellery.2. The subject of the order includes the following categories of services:2.1. coffee service: basic and extended variant, 2.2. cocktail service, 2.3. buffet party: basic and extended variant, 2.4. VIP buffet reception, 2.5. non-standard/individually tailored service according to the customer's needs, in addition to the above categories.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to combine individual categories of services. In the case of combining individual categories of services, the ordering party will establish separate ones before the meeting or the total hours of serving meals and the price of the service, which cannot be higher than the total sum of the prices offered in the included service categories.4. The Ordering Party has the right to change the number of people participating in individual meetings. The final number of people participating in individual meetings must be provided by the ordering party no later than on the last business day preceding the day of service performance.5.
