1) part I - provision of catering services, the subject of the order is a comprehensive catering service, in accordance with the needs submitted by the Ordering Party in the scope of requests described in the subject of the order, in an appropriate quantity. 5. Performer in the first part together with the offer, he is obliged to deliver samples to the Ordering Party's office, which will be used in the quality assessment as part of the offer evaluation criterion. 13.
