The subject of the order is: Provision of care services for residents of the Kty Commune until December 31, 2027 - repeated. The subject of the order is the provision of care services within the meaning of Art. 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 639, as amended) for residents of the Kty Commune in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2027, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of August 4, 2026 on care services at the place of residence. The services are intended to meet everyday life needs, hygiene care, assistance in running the household and ensuring contacts with the environment in the place of residence of the client. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - description of the subject orders.
