1. The subject of the social service contract is: provision of care services from Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. for approximately 22, 000 hours. 2. Usugi opiekucze, o ktrych mowa w ust. 1 include, among others: a) assistance in meeting everyday needs life, i.e.: assistance in making purchases (food, cleaning products, newspapers, etc.) and delivering them to the patient, preparing products or meals for the part of the day when the patient will be alone (afternoon snack, dinner) and storing them properly in the case of limited mobility of the ward, also feeding and supplementation, assistance in heating the apartment, assistance in paying fees and chargesb) hygienic care, i.e. activities related to maintaining the personal hygiene of the ward, if necessary protection in diapers and toileting after each time they get dirty, changing into clean clothes, preventing bedsores, activities related to maintaining hygiene in the room, c) care recommended by a doctor, d) ensuring contact with the environment: in the case of people living alone, maintaining contacts with family, neighbors, friends, going for walks with people under their care, ...
