Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services and specialist care services, excluding specialist care services for people with mental disorders and neighborhood services, hereinafter referred to as the services referred to in the contract of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214), provided to people requiring assistance in their place of residence, service recipients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Nieport (hereinafter: GOPS Nieport), who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require help from other people and are deprived of it.2. The expected number of hours of service provision during the contract period will be 8, 000 hours. The number of hours given is an estimate. The number of hours of service provided to the Contractor will result from the actual hours needs.3. Approximately 15 customers will use the service provided by the Contractor in each month of the contract.
