Social care services for residents of Uków who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require the help of other people, and at the same time are lonely or their family is unable to provide this help. 1) Care services include assistance with meeting needs daily living needs, hygienic care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the environment, art. 50 section 3 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance.2) The scope of care services tailored to individual needs the needs of people receiving assistance in their place of residence include in particular: a) Making basic purchases and delivering them to the person under their care. b) Preparing meals (including diet). c) Giving the patient a meal and if necessary feeding the patient. d) Cleaning up after meals, including washing lunch containers. e) Assisting the patient in performing hygienic procedures such as: combing his hair, helping with physiological needs (e.g. taking him to the toilet), preparing a bath, washing, assistance in getting in and out of the bathtub, cutting nails, dressing the patient. f) Minor cleaning of personal underwear...
