The Local Government Unit of Bacuag, Surigao del Norte, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) thru the the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty -One Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 451, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract/procurement of Rice for the LGU, Bacuag, Surigao del Norte. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
