Quotation are invited for Provision of Business Review Consultancy Services for Firms/Companies under Program Elevate (Growth Program)”.
The project scope for the consultancy service will include:
• A comprehensive and analytical review of current business operations to identify each company-s competitive advantage and assess for growth potential for minimum ten (10) companies;
• A comprehensive report that will identify the gaps or issues of each company as well as a scoring assessment of the business;
• Develop a mutually agreed strategic roadmap for each company, identifying areas of growth opportunities and if applicable, new targets;
• Conduct site visits to strengthen the business assessment of each companies; and
• Maintain regular communications with each company in mentoring capacity to gather information, data, insights and feedbacks.
Open for registered local and international companies. Interested parties are required to submit proposal(s) with the relevant documents including:
• Valid certificate of business registration/license.
• Company profile and CV of training consultants for this project.
• Scope of Work for Consultancy and Assessment Services for at least ten (10) Companies.
• Framework to Identify the Gaps and Basis for Scoring Assessment
