Description of services: - Main services: 1. the realization of the model of the human / machine interface (HMI) in order to define and specify the future graphic interface that the operators will use to coCommunicate with automation and meet the operational needs expressed by the business; 2. the provision of studies and programming of PLC functional bricks which will contribute to the standardization of depot management programs; 3. provision of studies and programmingfunctional bricks HMI/SCADA "Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition" which will contribute to the standardization of depot management programs; 4. the creation and commissioning of a petroleum automation simulator at the petroleum instruction and training center (CIEP)de Gergy in order to be able to instruct and train the SEO personnel (executives and operators) to interact with the automatic depots; 5. the creation and commissioning of an automation maintenance center at the CSTA in Nancy which will include, in particular, but not exclusively, aintegration which will serve as a "proof of concept" (POC) for the overall solution, for the approval and functional validation of business automation as well as ultimately the validation of the conformity of any software and/or hardware modification. Additional services:These servicesidentify requests for the creation and/or evolution of libraries during the execution of the preparatory contract and during the main contract.
