Provision of Bus Rental for Transportation service of the participants for the conduct of the Juan for Treesilience: Tree Planting Activity 2019

Requirements:

i‚§ 06 July 2019 - (4:00 AM- 5:00 PM) pick up and drop off from OCD to any point in Bataan vice versa

i‚§ Inclusive of Tax, Fuel, Driver and Driver-s Meal, Toll Fee and Parking Fee

Scope of Service:

1. The vehicle shall be safe operating conditions at all times.

2. The contractor shall bear full responsibility for the preventive and remedial maintenance of the vehicles.

3. A neat as -œnew- internal decoration (upholstery, ceiling fabric, floor finishes) and external exists in excellent operational at all.

4. The vehicles shall, as minimum, be equipped with spare-tire, the necessary accessories (spanner, jack etc.), Emergency/ Accidental triangle, seatbelts for passengers and driver, and safety gadget for fire.

5. The driver must possess professional driver-s license and must wear decent clothes.

6. The capacity of the vehicle should be for 45 persons and it must have provision for leg room.
