Terms & Condition:
1. The Contractor shall provide services to supply, haul and deliver potable water during emergency water interruption for the duration of the contract to the Southern Philippines Medical Center - Main and Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine's water storage tanks and cisterns.
2. The Contract shall extract WATER from a duly registered reservoir in Davao City.
3. Water Extraction, hauling and delivery services shall be available twenty-four seven with response time of at least 2-3 hours or better.
4. The Contractor must be able to cater low volume deliveries from 10 tons to bigger volume deliveries of 25 tons. Contractors shall submit a master list of its water tankers and drivers which will be deployed to SPMC during emergency water interruption. In the event of any changes in manpower and equipment, master lists are to be updated.
