Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Building Facility Maintenance and its Associated Work Services

The provision shall include but not limited to the following:
1. Provision of general building maintenance and repair:
1. Maintenance of signage system at both building and plant premises.
2. Repair of office furniture, fittings, appliances and accessories maintenance, as and
when required.
3. Provision of Scaffolding services inclusive of manpower and equipment as and
when required.
2. Provision of telecommunication works such as public addressing system.
3. Provision of civil works include internal roads and car parks area, fencing, storm water drains and foul drains / sewer.
4. Provision of cleaning and housekeeping services such as removal of overgrown weeds, grass, etc. inside plant premises including drain cleaning and main discharge point and removal of algae.
5. Provision of skilled and semi-skilled workers related to building repairs and maintenance activities, competent vehicle drivers, general helpers etc.
6. Architectural building drawing plans and Quantity Survey service.
7. Provision of landscaping and grass-cutting, and ground maintenance work (within the fencing of both plant and building area).
8. Provision of Pest control services.
9. Rental transportation vehicles such as saloon, MPV, buses, etc.
10. Logistics support such as provision of tents and office porta cabins as and when required.
11. Provision of electrical maintenance and repair works.
