Responsibilities
1. The audit firm must ensure quality assurance review CamboJA ACAR-s compliance it in accordance organization-s accounting record donors- rule requirement that has mentioned agreement CamboJA-s policies complied.
2. The auditor responsible complying the following TOR-s donor rule communication one donor (NPA)-s auditor responding this TOR. The TOR donor rule be provided by e-mail.
3. To conduct global financial report the fiscal 2024 (01 Jan 2024 31 Dec 2024) submission donors (Modified Cash Basic Report) Accounting Auditing Regulator (ACAR) Cambodia (Cash Basic Report) including Khmer version reporting.
Bidder Eligibility
· Bidding firms will be required to meet the following criteria:
o Be registered with the Kampuchea Institute of Certificated Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA)
o Be registered with ACAR.
o Proven experience in providing audit services with a sound knowledge of donor-financed projects.
o Qualified staff with relevant experience and skills in auditing
o Have a system of quality control in the provision of audit and assurance services.
o Should demonstrate that it has the capacity and experience required to undertake the audit within the required timeline.
o Additionally, they should demonstrate experience in auditing International or National Non-Government organizations
The audit professional service fee will be charged in one package service including VAT10%, miscellaneous expense or others.
CamboJA has one location office at # 19, St 388, Sangkat Tuol Svay Prey I, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh.
The estimated budget for fiscal year 2024 is around US $ 700, 000.00 with 10 funders to support.
