Tenders are invited for Provision of Audit Management Solution and Services.
Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. QED-93192 for the provision of Audit Management Solution and Services.
The scope of this ITO will include:
- Software and Services for the installation, configuration, testing, training and production implementation of a full lifecycle Audit Management solution (expected to be based on a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf product) to support IAB including the core functions of:
Audit planning;
Template development and selection;
Establish and conduct an audit including capturing evidence;
Development of an audit report;
Online completion and tracking of audit management actions;
Flexible user driven reporting;
Time recording and allocation; and
Offline audit execution.
- Migration of data from IAB-s current system to the new system;
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance.
The following is out-of-scope for this ITO:
- Implementation of functionality to support Computer Assisted Audit Tools/Techniques used to assist auditors analyse, manipulate and interrogate large volumes of data from various sources.
