1. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon, through its 2026 PMNP PBG-Tranche 2 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 435, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Anthropometric Equipment with Calibration and Verification Certificate for Quality Maternal & Child Care Services (2026-06-042). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days.
