Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is the supply and management of all subscriptions to periodicals (journals, newspapers, magazines, etc.) in paper and/or electronic format for the City of Nanterre. The services are broken down into 2 lots treated by separate market. Each market is passed in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. Each contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. Lot 1: Management of subscriptions for the media library network. There is no minimum amount provided for and the maximum annual amount is set at €50, 000 excluding tax. Lot 2: Management of subscriptions for the Archives and Heritage and Documentation service. There is no minimum amount provided for and the annual maximum amount is set at €100, 000 excluding tax. Lot 1 is a past contract in the form of a single-award framework agreement and purchase orders. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. For lot 1, no minimum annual amount is planned and the maximum annual amount is set at €50, 000 excluding tax.
