Description: The call for competition concerns the provision and management of EFA infrastructure. This contract relates to the supply, by a third party, of solutions and services to meet all the needs described in the CCTP. The competition concerns the provision and management of the EFA infrastructure. Nearly 230 agents work today in Grand Paris Grand Est and a majority use the IT tool on a daily basis. There are 210 computer workstations and as many associated user accounts and landline telephones (TOIP infrastructure independent of the IT infrastructure), around thirty desktop publishing equipment (multifunction devices and office printers) and nearly 100 mobile phones, smartphones and tablets. . The park also includes equipment on loan (mainly for teleworking) including 40 laptops.
