Products or services: Traffic signs The objective of this bidding process is to contract the service of provision and maintenance of elements for the traffic control system of the commune of Las Condes, for a period of 36 months. The service requested is divided into two main areas: - Maintenance service: Refers to the preventive and corrective maintenance of existing facilities and equipment and future ones that are incorporated into the contract. o Monitoring and Management System Contract: The monitoring service consists of a telephone application and a web page where you can view the status of the connection with the central system, the operation of the lamps and the status of the electrical connection, where the latter can be through the electrical junction or if it is energized through supplemental power equipment. In addition, the monitoring service generates an alarm in the event that a traffic light fails, via telephone and e-mail. This service considers monitoring all traffic lights in the commune. - Provision and Installation Services: Corresponds to services that are purchased individually and that do not correspond to usual activities. For the purposes of this Proposal, it must be guaranteed the safety of the operation of control devices (both in physical and timing aspects), the minimization of fault detection and correction time, the ability of such devices to receive information and adapt to the traffic dynamics and the timely availability of said information.
