The subject of the order is the delivery of the Aintegration of a comprehensive psychometric test tool, Analysis, the creation of the April of the Algorithm on the recommendation of suitable occupational clusters (or specific professions), its deployment, as well as the creation of output messages, delivery of the relevant documentation for testing, training and providing operating and application support to the provided by a test.
The psychometric instrument will allow the diagnosis of personality, the level of competences - abilities, skills, interests, needs of the apotential of the apotential for national projects (hereinafter referred to as the "NP") Digital Counselor and activation of young Neet for digital times.
The tool will be based on testing results Through the created algorithm in the output report to provide individualized recommendations for appropriate occupation clusters and specific professions (hereinafter referred to as the "solution"), thus supporting the career development of the project participants and their adaptation to changing labor market requirements.
Through the results Testing contributes to the solution to the component of the individual's competences and the career potential. At the same time, the solution contributes to perception and creates new opportunities for these individuals.
