Description : Scope of Work:
The project shall cover the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a complete CCTV surveillance system for the Briones Building to enhance the security, monitoring, and protection of learners, personnel, school property, and facilities.
I. Site Inspection and Planning
1. Conduct an on-site inspection of the Briones Building and designated areas for CCTV installation.
2. Identify appropriate locations for CCTV cameras to provide effective coverage of entrances, exits, corridors, stairways, common areas, and other critical areas.
3. Determine the appropriate routing of cables and location of the recording and monitoring equipment.
4. Coordinate the proposed installation with the School Administration and authorized representatives.
II. Supply and Delivery of CCTV Equipment
The contractor/supplier shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, accessories, and components required for a complete and operational CCTV surveillance system, including but not limited to:
